SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Considering that the primary asset of our Company is the personnel, the most important is to focus on occupational safety issues, ensuring maximum security and safety of its employees engaged in production.

When hiring staff in full and in accordance with the law, it ensures an approach that excludes any kind of discrimination. The company’s internal regulatory documents reflect provisions on the prevention of any form of discrimination or harassment on any grounds, including nationality, gender, age.

An important area of activity is the development of the Company’s employees, increasing their professional potential.

The most relevant area of staff training and development is the improvement and maintenance of professional competencies of employees.

Staff training is carried out in various forms, including face–to-face training, and distance formats are also used – webinars and online courses.

There is a training center at the enterprise, the possibility of training personnel for exams and tests on safety, labor protection, fire safety is fully provided. Timely passing of exams and tests for newly admitted personnel, as well as mandatory periodic inspections are carried out. Training programs for the Company’s personnel are free of charge and are conducted on-the-job, training time is paid and is considered official working hours.

In order to form a unified personnel management system within the framework of improving the forms and methods of work, the following principles are put into practice:

  • Formation of a fund of highly qualified personnel;

  • Continuity – active involvement of the most experienced employees for the dissemination and transfer of experience, knowledge, skills and abilities;

  • Responsibility is the orientation of employees to achieve targeted activities that contribute to the achievement of accepted goals and objectives, observing ethical standards, without creating reasons that can lead to information, image and reputational risks, both for the company and for the employee himself;

  • Consistency – understanding of the need to move from individual events and individual initiatives in various areas to active participation in personal, socially significant, innovative and scientific-practical activities;

  • Innovativeness is the value of generational diversity, interest in supporting initiatives aimed at developing and implementing new technologies, approaches and methods of work to improve operational efficiency.

According to the results of 2021, by the day of the power engineer, the Company’s staff received a full monetary reward, 144 people were awarded with letters of thanks for their merits, 22 people were awarded with commemorative watches, and a lottery was also held at the evening dedicated to the Day of the Power Engineer.

In order to protect employees from COVID-19 and ensure the smooth functioning of the Enterprise, measures have been taken to prevent the spread of infection, vaccination of personnel has been carried out with maximum coverage of employees who do not have contraindications.
